You could see the suburbs like Voula-Varkiza-Vouliagmeni, called Athenian Riviera and taste fresh fish or just enjoy the sea. You can also go a little further to the Attic peninsula, Sounio, to see the Temple of Poseidon and the fabulous view of sunset. You could also go to the mining silver city of Laurium (during Classical Ancient times, 3000BC) and admire the old railway, the ancient theater and the machine shop of the former French Company of Laurium. You will really enjoy to follow king’s Agamemnon tour in Mycenae, where his tomb is located and admire also the temple of Apollo at Epidaurus (World Heritage by Unesco - Ancient Theater from 4th century BC is still in use every summer with lots of theatrical performances) and Asklepieion (where Apollo’s son Asklepios was healing people), the Cyclopian Walls and finish your excursion at the first capital of Greece called Nafplio.
